🎯 What You'll Do

• Own regional Humanities academic outcomes and equity metrics
• Coach school leaders on Humanities instruction and teacher development
• Ensure fidelity to Rocketship's Humanities curriculum and pacing
• Analyze student data to identify trends and drive instructional decisions

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional leadership
• 3 years of lead teaching in K-5 Humanities or ELA
• 1 year of coaching and leading adults in a school role

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience implementing high-quality Humanities instructional programs
• Master's degree in Education or related field
