• Supervise daily shift activities and team performance
• Handcraft each cup with care alongside Baristas
• Develop strong customer and community relationships
• Assess team service and drink quality
• Cover called-out shifts and manage breaks

📋 Requirements

• Supervisory experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment is preferred
• Passion for people and willingness to learn
• Ability to stand for minimum 3 hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
