Requirements

• License as Registered Pharmacy Technician in good standing with Ontario College of Pharmacists
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, with potential evening/weekend shifts
• Knowledge of pharmacy software (data entry, billing, report generating)
• Positive attitude, strong sense of urgency, team player
• Experience in fast-paced environment with effective time management and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients
• Execute end-to-end prescription process: prepare, fill, label, dispense, package, and ship
• Verify prescription information for completeness and accuracy
• Perform final checks on new and refill prescriptions
• Manage high-volume inbound/outbound calls, update patient profiles, and maintain pharmacy databases
