💼 About This Role

You'll partner with campus leaders to assess processes and recommend improvements, supporting institutions in leveraging Workday Finance, HCM, and/or Student modules. As an independent contractor, you will enjoy flexible remote work with potential campus visits, stepping in to solve problems and make a measurable difference for higher education clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with campus leaders and external vendors to assess processes and recommend improvements
• Support compliance with state and federal grant requirements and institutional policies
• Help institutions strengthen internal controls, improve reporting, and align operations with strategic goals
• Guide colleges and universities regarding system optimization of their Workday Finance, HCM, and/or Student tenant

📋 Requirements

• Workday Finance, HCM, and/or Student expertise
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience working with senior leaders as a trusted advisor

• Reporting, Analytics, or Business Intelligence experience
