💼 About This Role

You'll respond to tissue recovery cases and lead recovery teams, ensuring donor authorization and medical review. You'll coordinate with hospital, funeral home, and coroner staff as the operative expert. This role offers direct impact on saving lives through organ and tissue donation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review donor authorization and medical history for tissue recovery
• Assemble supplies and manage inventory for surgical recovery
• Perform surgical recovery of skin, musculoskeletal, and ocular tissue
• Coordinate team assignments and time management during donor events

📋 Requirements

• Associate degree in biological sciences, allied healthcare, or mortuary science
• 2 years of work experience in a related field (or degree equivalent)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays

✨ Nice to Have

• CTBS, CEBT, or CST certification
• Hospital, clinical, or tissue recovery experience
• Experience with sterile technique and surgical procedures
