💼 About This Role

You'll join the EPU team within the Powertrain Squad, owning EPU verification activities for Vertical Aerospace's eVTOL aircraft. You'll define verification strategies, coordinate system-level tests, and work with suppliers to deliver certifiable verification evidence for EASA SC E-19.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish and maintain structured EPU Verification Plan
• Define in-house test capability strategy
• Review system requirements for verifiability
• Own and coordinate EPU integration test activities

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Systems, or Aerospace Engineering
• At least 3 years experience in certification or verification of safety-critical systems
• Strong understanding of systems engineering principles
• Experience with requirements management tools like DOORS or JAMA

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in design/verification of electric propulsion systems
• Experience across full product development lifecycle
• Experience with HIL testing
