🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop embedded platform software in agile sprint teams.
• Collaborate with global teams for technical coordination.
• Mentor offshore engineers to address skill gaps.
• Participate in full SDLC from design to deployment.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in embedded software development.
• Strong C and C++ programming skills.
• Expertise in RTOS and multicore systems.
• Hands-on experience with board bring-up and device drivers.

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to ARINC 653 and IMA concepts.
• Avionics domain knowledge and DO-178 compliance.
• Familiarity with DOORS, JAMA, SVN.
