You'll join a newly forming pod to help shape our approach to delivering elegant solutions to complex engineering challenges. You'll contribute to building next-generation lending platforms, credit cards, and auto-finance products. This role offers the chance to scale up one of the UK's newest fintech unicorns with a profitable, fast-growing team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Write idiomatic Kotlin code for backend services
• Design and integrate new APIs for collections function
• Create internal tools and support US product expansion
• Participate in collaborative design forums across business areas

📋 Requirements

• Strong commercial Kotlin experience
• Ability to write simple, clean code
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL)
• Understanding of different software architectures

• Familiarity with GraphQL
• NoSQL database experience
