💼 About This Role

You'll join a team generating qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing for Renewal by Andersen's window replacement services. You'll engage with homeowners, record accurate data, and drive sales appointments with uncapped earning potential and a supportive team environment. This role offers a base pay of $20/hour plus incentives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in assigned territory.
• Record accurate data on prospective customers and market areas.
• Represent the company professionally in uniform with required permits.
• Attend team meetings and communicate improvement ideas.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, or 2 years experience.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Minimum age 18 to be covered under company insurance.
• Ability to stand and walk 3-5 miles daily.
