💼 About This Role

You'll service a portfolio of commercial real estate debt investments, ensuring loan records are accurately maintained and servicing functions are executed timely. You'll work closely with the Debt Team to provide best-in-class client service and create efficiencies and process improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and interpret loan documents for data accuracy
• Perform quality control checks within the servicing system
• Monitor tax and insurance reserves and escrow accounts
• Generate and review monthly billing and payoff statements

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of Commercial Real Estate Loan Servicing experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Proficiency with Excel and CRE loan servicing software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review loan agreements

✨ Nice to Have

• Bridge and Construction Loan Servicing experience
• Experience with Strategy Servicing Software
