Description

As a Clinical Liaison, you will work with our physician development team to acquire and manage clinical accounts, grow patient visits, and coordinate care in skilled nursing facilities. You'll travel regionally daily to build productive practices for assigned providers and ensure revenue growth.

Requirements

• LPN or RN license required
• Experience in long term care and wound care required
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
• Proficiency with EMR systems
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clinical accounts and exceed sales targets
• Grow existing accounts and ensure full patient visits
• Coordinate logistical plan for physician SNF service relationships
• Assist with hiring A-level providers
• Perform hands-on clinical responsibilities in skilled nursing facilities
