You'll recruit and train parents as community leaders to advocate for educational equity in underserved communities. You'll lead organizing campaigns for charter renewals and mobilize families to participate in civic actions. This role is central to building authentic family power in the Bay Area.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct 10-15 weekly relational 1:1 meetings with leaders
• Lead parent organizing for charter renewals and advocacy campaigns
• Mobilize stakeholders for civic actions advancing equity
• Track leader engagement and measure impact

📋 Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
• Daily travel between school sites and offices
• Available for some nights and weekends

✨ Nice to Have

• 1+ year experience in community organizing or education reform
• Experience managing community organizing campaigns
• Familiarity with local/state education politics
