💼 About This Role

You'll lead daily electrolyte powder manufacturing operations for Solid Power's next-generation all-solid-state battery materials. Your core impact is driving safe, efficient production while enforcing standards and improving process performance. This role partners cross-functionally to ensure quality and compliance in a controlled manufacturing environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise electrolyte powder production operations and shift activities.
• Manage and develop production operators, including training and performance.
• Drive adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and batch execution requirements.
• Monitor production performance, yields, and quality metrics.
• Enforce safety protocols and lead a strong safety culture.

📋 Requirements

• At least 7 years of supervisory, team lead or managerial experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Hands-on experience with hazardous materials, dry powder processes, and wet chemical operations.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

✨ Nice to Have

• Battery industrial manufacturing experience.
• Clean room/Dry room experience.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma.
