Description
You will be the strategic architect behind Rubrik's most exciting product launches, shaping go-to-market strategies, setting revenue targets, and driving execution for the Product Incubation team. You'll partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to bring innovative products to market and leave fingerprints on every major launch.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in Sales Strategy Operations, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or startup Business Operations
- Analytical skills with Excel, Tableau, Salesforce, and Clari
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Highly organized with bias for action and project leadership
- Comfortable with ambiguity and autonomous in hyper-growth tech environment
Responsibilities
- Lead bi-annual planning and set revenue targets with Product and Finance
- Design compensation structures and roll out quotas with Sales Compensation and Finance
- Uncover trends and translate data into strategic recommendations for Sales leadership
- Prepare strategic analyses and board-level presentations/QBRs
- Design processes and policies that turn operational complexity into competitive advantage
