💼 About This Role

You'll contribute private credit expertise to train AI models for underwriting and deal structuring. Your insights will help improve AI decision-making in direct lending and portfolio monitoring. This is a remote asynchronous contract with an elite AI lab.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop training data for private credit underwriting scenarios
• Review and refine AI-generated credit memos and financial models
• Apply domain expertise to structure first lien or unitranche facilities
• Assess borrower credit profiles and covenant packages

📋 Requirements

• 3–8 years of private credit or direct lending experience
• Credit underwriting skills including financial modeling and covenant analysis
• Experience with sponsor-backed or non-sponsored borrowers
• Familiarity with loan documentation and amendment processes

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at a BDC or direct lending platform like Ares Capital or Golub Capital
• Background in mezzanine or second lien facilities
