💼 About This Role

You'll build agentic systems that design and launch AI-native websites at a high-growth startup. Your work will directly power pages generating hundreds of thousands of dollars in pipeline revenue. You'll own projects end-to-end and shape the technical architecture of a company defining the next era of the internet.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build agentic systems that design and launch web experiences
• Develop and maintain Flint's core application across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
• Design systems with robust evals, observability, and testing
• Prototype rapidly with users and translate learnings into durable features

📋 Requirements

• Product-first engineer who cares deeply about user experience
• Strong full-stack engineering experience across the stack
• Regularly uses AI-forward developer tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot
• Takes ownership from problem to solution

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with website builders (Webflow or Framer) or CMS platforms (Sanity, Contentful, Strapi)
• Built an AI product before
• Experience working in early-stage startups or small teams
