You'll form and operate a resident community for Woven City, a test course for future mobility, ensuring smooth onboarding and participation in co-creation activities. Your core impact is driving triple-win value between the city, inventors, and residents by building long-term relationships. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Form and operate a community among residents and inventors.
• Accompany residents in co-creation and PoC activities from move-in to move-out.
• Improve operations based on issues and ideas generated during activities.
• Build long-term relationships with residents, including former ones.
• Plan and operate facilities for community formation and information dissemination.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in community management, facility operations, or urban development.
• Experience leading projects with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Business-level Japanese and conversational English.
