π― What You'll Do
- Manage the annual compensation review process with Workday configuration and testing.
- Drive market intelligence strategy using benchmarking tools and surveys.
- Oversee Workday data integrity, approvals, and system optimization.
- Conduct data analysis and model compensation scenarios for leadership insights.
π Requirements
- 4+ years of progressive experience in compensation.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Advanced Compensation module.
- Strong understanding of compensation laws (FLSA, pay equity legislation).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, modeling).
β¨ Nice to Have
- Experience with benchmarking software like Payfactors.
- Equity administration software and Long-Term Incentive program experience.
- CCP certification or equivalent.
- Life Sciences or technology industry experience.
