Requirements

  • 4-6 years PR/communications experience in a large multinational firm
  • Based in Bengaluru and willing to work from client office
  • Proficient with LinkedIn, Yammer, Mosaic, SharePoint
  • Flawless native English writing skills
  • Experience coordinating agency and client teams for IC campaigns

Responsibilities

  • Plan internal communication and employee engagement programs
  • Update external and internal platforms (LinkedIn, Yammer, SharePoint)
  • Write and edit IC content (social, intranet posts, emailers, newsletters, memos)
  • Produce quarterly townhall events with leadership
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual IC performance reports
