You'll lead a feature team building compensation and savings products for a fast-growing fintech platform. Your work directly impacts how companies manage equity, pensions, and more, with a focus on correctness and user experience. You'll stay hands-on while developing engineers and expanding product coverage into new compensation types.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set technical direction and run 1:1s with engineers
• Build features for compensation and savings vehicles
• Model and promote effective use of AI tools
• Ensure employee-facing experience is clear and accessible

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in Engineering Management
• 6+ years as a Software Engineer
• Experience in product-focused or domain-heavy roles

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with equity or compensation platforms
• Hands-on with TypeScript and React
• Interest in AI-augmented engineering
