You'll serve as the attending physician or medical director for a skilled nursing facility in Casey, IL, providing patient-centered primary care. You'll collaborate with NPs/PAs to manage daily care and participate in quality initiatives, with flexible scheduling and no on-call duties.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as attending physician for patients in assigned skilled nursing facility.
• Collaborate with NPs/PAs to manage daily patient care and clinical supervision.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Participate in Chronic Care Management and other quality initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• Active U.S. medical license as an MD/DO.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in appropriate specialty (e.g., Internal Medicine, Family Medicine).
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in geriatric medicine or skilled nursing facility care.
• Familiarity with EHR and voice dictation tools.
