You will lead an AI product team to deliver high-impact AI products, managing 5-7 data scientists and ML engineers. You will translate product requirements into ML problems, analyze data, build ML models, and guide the full lifecycle of AI features from data collection to production optimization.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a people manager
• Expert knowledge of ML algorithms and theoretical foundations
• Extensive hands-on experience delivering ML models to production
• Experience in MLOps solutions
• Proficiency in Python ML ecosystem and OOP software engineering

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 5-7 data scientists and ML engineers
