💼 About This Role

You'll shape the Agent Platform in-house tooling for frontline agents, extending it with AI-enabled assistance to make their work faster and more effective. You'll partner closely with Operations leaders and spend time with agents to understand how work gets done, using that to set the roadmap.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Observe live calls and run structured user research.
• Build stakeholder relationships across Operations, Legal, Compliance.
• Define the product roadmap for the Agent Platform.
• Lead initiatives end-to-end with engineering and design partners.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or computer science.
• 3–5+ years of product management experience.
• User research and data-driven discovery skills.
• Stakeholder partnership and communication skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building internal tools, agent platforms, or workflow software.
• Familiarity with Heap, PostHog, or BigQuery.
• Agile methodology execution experience.
