🎯 What You'll Do
- Structure and drive the URA communication platform
- Manage backlog of platform development
- Monitor performance indicators and identify improvements
- Interpret client processes and design customer service strategies
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Knowledge of Figma and Tableau
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Knowledge of project methodologies (Scrum, Agile, etc.)
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with customer service platforms (URA/WhatsApp)
- Knowledge of Genesys platform
- Intermediate English
