🎯 What You'll Do

  • Structure and drive the URA communication platform
  • Manage backlog of platform development
  • Monitor performance indicators and identify improvements
  • Interpret client processes and design customer service strategies

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Knowledge of Figma and Tableau
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Knowledge of project methodologies (Scrum, Agile, etc.)

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with customer service platforms (URA/WhatsApp)
  • Knowledge of Genesys platform
  • Intermediate English
