💼 About This Role

You'll lead financial modeling and valuation for investments in power and energy infrastructure. You'll execute project finance and M&A transactions from origination to closing. This role offers exposure to tax equity and structured debt across the energy transition.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead financial modeling and valuation for new investments
• Execute due diligence on infrastructure assets
• Support structuring and negotiation of project finance debt
• Prepare investment memoranda for Investment Committee

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years experience in project finance or infrastructure M&A
• Strong financial modeling skills for project-level cash flows
• Familiarity with infrastructure financing structures like tax equity
• Experience managing multiple deal workstreams simultaneously
