💼 About This Role

You'll lead Stedi's go-to-market efforts for a new healthcare clearinghouse, building a team from the ground up. You'll own the full sales cycle, from sourcing opportunities to closing complex deals with large provider organizations. This role offers the chance to define the strategy and playbook that will scale beyond you.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage sales cycle from outreach to signed contract with health systems
  • Build the health systems playbook: target accounts, refine collateral, define process
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to translate requirements into roadmap input
  • Hire, onboard, and lead a health systems sales team

📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years selling into health systems
  • Proven track record of closing complex, long-cycle deals with C-suite buyers
  • Deep network across health systems and understanding of decision-makers
  • Ability to discuss RCM workflows and claims routing with IT teams

  • Familiarity with EDI X12 HIPAA standards
