• Handle calls, chats, and emails to ensure luxury service standards
• Adhere to operational SLAs to protect customer time
• Investigate and resolve customer and chauffeur issues
• Maintain customer satisfaction targets and escalate feedback

📋 Requirements

• Passion for exceptional customer service
• Experience in a customer-facing role in luxury service
• Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
• Ability to work shift work including nights and weekends
