πΌ About This Role
You'll help customers run better user research as part of a tight-knit sales team at a fast-growing startup. Your work will directly shape how product, design, and research teams connect with users and scale high-quality research.
π― What You'll Do
- Build and own relationships with Research and Research Ops leaders at mid-market and enterprise companies
- Develop targeted outbound strategies to engage priority target accounts
- Own full sales cycle from lead to close for mid-market and enterprise deals
- Become a Rally and Research Ops expert to advise prospects on high-impact solutions
π Requirements
- 4+ years of new-business, quota-carrying experience at a B2B SaaS company
- Proven ability to own and exceed ~$1M+ annual quota
- Enterprise software selling experience with multi-threading and executive alignment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across formats and audiences

- Experience building sales playbooks or enablement programs from scratch
- Experience selling to Research, Design, or Product teams and executives
- Passion for Rallyβs mission and the user research space
