You'll help customers run better user research as part of a tight-knit sales team at a fast-growing startup. Your work will directly shape how product, design, and research teams connect with users and scale high-quality research.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build and own relationships with Research and Research Ops leaders at mid-market and enterprise companies
  • Develop targeted outbound strategies to engage priority target accounts
  • Own full sales cycle from lead to close for mid-market and enterprise deals
  • Become a Rally and Research Ops expert to advise prospects on high-impact solutions

πŸ“‹ Requirements

  • 4+ years of new-business, quota-carrying experience at a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven ability to own and exceed ~$1M+ annual quota
  • Enterprise software selling experience with multi-threading and executive alignment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across formats and audiences

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience building sales playbooks or enablement programs from scratch
  • Experience selling to Research, Design, or Product teams and executives
  • Passion for Rally’s mission and the user research space
