Description

You will own and elevate the end-to-end customer lifecycle marketing strategy, driving retention, loyalty, product utilization, and advocacy across a healthcare provider base. You'll partner with Customer Success, Product, and other teams to design segmented engagement journeys from onboarding through expansion.
