• Develop and execute regional support strategies
• Achieve store financial, operational, and customer-service goals
• Manage labor in conjunction with Workforce Planning
• Provide expertise on staffing and operations

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years as multi-unit regional manager in food/retail/hospitality
• 2+ years leadership in customer service-oriented role
• Ability to hire and coach diverse part-time staff
• Knowledge of business functions like P&L and supply chain
