💼 About This Role

You'll drive TVL growth across OP Stack chains by setting DeFi strategy and managing key relationships with top-tier protocols. You'll design and execute incentive programs while collaborating cross-functionally to achieve sustainable business outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own relationships with top-tier DeFi protocol teams
• Contribute to DeFi strategy and execution for OP Mainnet and OP Stack
• Design and deploy milestone-based incentive programs
• Lead strategic initiatives for the OP Stack DeFi ecosystem

📋 Requirements

• 4–7 years in DeFi partnerships or protocol ops
• Deep understanding of the EVM DeFi ecosystem
• Demonstrated experience with tokenomics and incentive programs
• Hands-on product/technical fluency

• Experience with multi-party initiative structuring
• Strong cross-functional execution and negotiation skills
• Excellent written/verbal communication with exec-level presence
