Description

As a Senior Product Designer at Salsify, you'll own the full UX process from discovery through execution, working with high autonomy alongside product and engineering teams. You'll design complex enterprise B2B software, conduct user research, and leverage AI tools to create compelling product experiences within the Growth group.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Design / UX Design experience
• Thrives in fast-paced, startup-like environment
• Strong user research and synthesis skills
• Proficient in English for user interviews and presentations
• Experience with design systems and tools like Figma

Responsibilities

• Own the full UX process from discovery research through execution
• Work closely with product manager, engineer manager, and engineering team
• Conduct user interviews and research to drive design decisions
• Use data and research to justify design decisions and measure success
• Actively embrace AI in design process
