💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a trusted technical advisor for Camunda's strategic enterprise customers, guiding them through their process orchestration journey. You'll build lasting relationships and ensure measurable business value by navigating technical challenges and providing expert guidance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary technical contact for enterprise customers throughout their adoption journey
• Guide creation of tailored technical adoption plans to maximize business outcomes
• Deliver hands-on technical guidance and best practices to stakeholders
• Proactively conduct platform health checks and manage escalations

📋 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Account Manager or comparable role in enterprise software
• Hands-on with a high-level programming language such as Java, C#, or Python
• Solid understanding of DevOps topics, especially Kubernetes
• Eligibility to obtain UK Security Check clearance

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in enterprise automation or business process management
• Relevant industry certifications like AWS or CKAD
• Familiarity with Camunda products
