You'll lead the DP Empowered program, a comprehensive 4-year advising initiative for high school students. Your core impact is helping students explore identity, develop academic/life skills, and navigate postsecondary pathways through whole group instruction and 1:1 advising. This role combines teaching and counseling in a project-based learning environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead DP Empowered class instruction and curriculum execution
• Conduct ongoing group advising sessions to assess student needs
• Help students identify and apply to summer opportunities

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree program graduate
• Experience in both teaching and school counseling or social work
• Skill in cultivating classroom culture with high expectations
• Interest in project-based learning and discussion-based activities
