You'll lead cloud security deployments for a rapidly growing cybersecurity company serving Fortune 500 clients and the Department of Defense. Your work directly impacts customer retention and generates sales leads through excellent technical account management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create comprehensive Statements of Work for customer deployments
• Present cloud security assessments to customers
• Deliver detailed technical documentation and training
• Manage customer accounts and identify upsell opportunities

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in similar roles (Solutions Architect, TAM, etc.)
• Network security expertise (proxies, firewalls, SSO, DLP, CASB)
• Experience with AWS and GCP
• Knowledge of authentication systems (LDAP, SAML, Azure AD)

✨ Nice to Have

• Industry certifications like CCNA, CISSP, or CCSP
• Experience with hypervisors (VMware, KVM, Hyper-V)
• Bash/Python scripting for automation
