Description

You will service and repair commercial HVAC package units on cell tower sites, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing systems, conducting performance checks, and responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergencies.

Requirements

• Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required)
• 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred)
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email
• Must be available for after-hours and weekend call outs on occasion

Responsibilities

• Maintaining commercial package cooling systems on Cell Tower sites – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components
• Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment
• Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services
• Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports
