Requirements

• Valid LPN license in NY
• Ability to work 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
• Minimum availability of 1 shift per week for PRN

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to clients in their homes
• Use electronic charting (Statewise) to document patient care
• Rotate day and overnight shifts as needed
