💼 About This Role

You'll serve as president of a small home services business in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, driving profitability and transitioning to employee ownership. You'll own full P&L responsibility, operations, and strategy while leading an existing team. This role offers an equity stake in both the company and Teamshares, plus ongoing leadership development.

• Determine business strategy, operations, and P&L management
• Lead an experienced team of existing employee owners

• Proven background in field service or trades operations
• Track record of personally driving revenue growth in a service business
• Ability to balance daily operations with focus on upselling and customer retention
• Demonstrated people leadership skills through previous work experiences
