💼 About This Role

You'll join EarnIn's Early Bets team to build 0-to-1 products that deliver real-time financial flexibility. You'll define and evolve user experiences using modern frontend technologies, owning the frontend architecture for scalability and performance. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Product and Design to build user experiences using modern frontend technologies.
• Own and evolve frontend architecture for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Lead design and implementation of complex frontend systems with React, TypeScript, Next.js.
• Establish frontend engineering standards including patterns, tooling, testing, and CI/CD.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience
• Expert-level proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• 4+ years industry experience with depth in frontend development
• Experience with cloud-based environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Cursor, LLMs)
