Description

As a Cloud Ops Engineer at OneTrust, you'll support production customers by monitoring and maintaining a highly distributed, scalable global cloud infrastructure. You'll automate deployments, handle incident response, and ensure platform health and performance.

Requirements

• 2+ years with Microsoft Azure (preferred) or other public cloud platform
• 1+ years in automation tools like Terraform, Linux scripting, Ansible or Chef
• Ability to write scripts in Bash, PowerShell, or Python
• Understanding of container and DevOps technologies
• Good communication and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Build scripts for operational automation and incident response
• Handle cloud application deployment for agile releases
• Monitor, tune, and maintain Linux, Azure SQL, Kubernetes, Kafka, MongoDB, and cloud infrastructure
• Define and track operational metrics like performance, incidents, capacity, and availability
• Automate deployment of new software to cloud environment with DevOps engineers
