Description

You will define reference architectures for AI, build reusable components for AI coding assistants, and establish best practices across AI lifecycle stages while partnering with compliance groups and mentoring engineers.

Requirements

• 4+ years in software engineering, data engineering, or ML/AI
• Hands-on experience with GenAI systems (LLMs, coding assistants, RAG, vector databases)
• Experience with 2-3 common programming languages (Python, Java, .NET, C/C++)
• Understanding of LLM flows: prompting, guardrails, AI security, agentic flows
• Experience with AI engineering, finetuning, GPU optimization, containerization preferred

Responsibilities

• Define and implement reference architectures for AI use
• Build reusable components for AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Codex, Copilot)
• Manage repositories of AI helpers
• Establish technical best practices for AI lifecycle: build, validate, deploy, monitor
• Partner with compliance groups for safe-by-design practices
