You'll build a standalone AI Communications practice with its own P&L and product suite, positioning 5WPR as the leader in Generative Engine Optimization. Your core impact will be productizing GEO and Citation Share into three recurring-revenue offerings, closing enterprise pilots, and owning the public narrative. This role stands out as a founder-like opportunity to build a new revenue engine from scratch.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Productize GEO and Citation Share into three priced offerings with defined SOWs.
• Close five enterprise pilots at $250K+ and build a pipeline.
• Build the AI Communications org, recruiting internal and external hires.
• Own public narrative: keynotes, earned media, podcasts, and LLM citation presence.

📋 Requirements

• Track record building or scaling an AI-native or martech business to $10M–$100M revenue.
• Direct experience selling AI products into Fortune 500 marketing organizations.
• Ability to package services into productized recurring-revenue offerings.
• Technical fluency in LLMs, retrieval, embeddings, and GEO mechanics.

• Experience as a public-facing operator with conference stages and media appearances.
