🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll process
• Drive continuous improvement and automation of payroll workflows
• Manage employee benefits and ensure tax and social security compliance
• Serve as payroll expert for internal stakeholders and employees

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of payroll experience in a dynamic environment
• Strong knowledge of German tax and social security laws
• Experience with payroll software and automated systems
• Fluent German and English communication skills

• Experience with Workday, DATEV, and SAP
