🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Columbia Habilitation office.

📋 Requirements

• Four-year college degree required.
• Minimum two years of supervisory or management experience in healthcare or with I/DD population.
• Experience with I/DD population and knowledge of MO Medicaid and Waiver Programs.
• Proven ability to organize, manage, and grow an office and its staff.
