You'll manage an inbound call center team in a 24x7 environment, ensuring efficient operations and staff performance. You'll drive process improvements and develop staffing strategies for a government contractor. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team in the medical industry while using SPOK and Avaya platforms.

📋 Requirements

  • 8 years progressive customer service experience
  • 5 years as a call center team lead or supervisor
  • On-site work in Bethesda, MD
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with SPOK and Avaya platforms
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Medical industry experience preferred
