📋 Requirements
- 8 years progressive customer service experience
- 5 years as a call center team lead or supervisor
- On-site work in Bethesda, MD
- High school diploma or equivalent required
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with SPOK and Avaya platforms
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Medical industry experience preferred
