💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a trusted resource, building meaningful relationships and delivering personalized solutions to support members' everyday banking needs. You'll help create a welcoming experience as part of a member-focused team at NASA Federal Credit Union. This onsite role in Greenbelt, MD requires availability Monday-Saturday.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Identify member needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Handle complex member situations like deceased accounts and guardianships.
• Process consumer loan applications and disburse funds.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bank/Credit Union experience with broad financial products like insurance and advanced accounts.
• Experience with loan processing and sales/cross-selling.
• Availability to work between 7:30AM–6:30PM Monday–Friday and 8:30AM–1:30PM Saturdays.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Specialty Accounts such as Trusts and Power of Attorney.
• Experience with HSA, IRA, and Business accounts.
