Description

You will manage a group of clinicians, facilitating training, ensuring best practices, and improving communication. You'll assist the Clinical Director, facilitate weekly group treatment, and maintain a caseload, all while helping expand access to life-saving behavioral healthcare.

Requirements

• Independently licensed mental health counselor
• Work authorized in the US with native/bilingual English proficiency
• Experience with children, teens, young adults, and adults
• Leadership experience in clinical settings (inpatient, outpatient, IOP, PHP)
• Familiarity with cloud-based software (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox) and EMR

Responsibilities

• Assist Clinical Director to develop and implement clinical schedule and curriculum
• Ensure clinical services align with best practices and manage crisis situations
• Maintain caseload and facilitate weekly group treatment (15 hours minimum)
• Monitor treatment documentation for compliance with regulations (The Joint Commission, DHCS)
• Provide clinical supervision and maintain professional ethics
