You'll lead the Growth Enablement Squad, building AI-native workflows and growth infrastructure for a fast-growing vacation rental platform. Your core impact is turning every team into a high-velocity experimentation engine by removing technical debt and raising the floor. You'll architect custom agent systems, data pipelines, and experimentation frameworks that enable 100x faster test cycles and scalable AI adoption.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect AI-native workflows and growth infrastructure
• Drive 100x experimentation velocity from 4-8 week cycles
• Scale winning patterns into reusable toolkits
• Bridge product gap for agentic growth experiments
• Evaluate and consolidate AI and MarTech stack

📋 Requirements

• 6-10+ years experience in Growth, MarTech, or Product
• Shipped an AI agent or AI-native workflow now in production
• Rigorous A/B testing and statistical significance experience
• Analytics fluency with Amplitude, GA4, or similar tools

• B2B SaaS high-growth environment
