Description
You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, and internal stakeholders to drive revenue retention and expansion. You will collaborate with account teams to develop compelling proposals and ensure contracts are quoted accurately and renewed on schedule. Your work directly influences Stripe's long-term growth and product strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Renewals, Strategic Account Management or Sales in SaaS or FinTech sector
- Proven track record in owning and delivering manual and automated processes
- Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Salesforce CPQ, SFDC Report building, Opportunity/Contract management
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Bachelor's Degree
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to renew and expand Stripe's revenue with existing customers
- Partner on deal strategy and commercial negotiations for large, complex renewals
- Research user data and history to make recommendations based on prior activity
- Identify scalable workflows to drive operational efficiency through automation and tooling enhancements
- Report on a regular cadence to key stakeholders with a strong analytical approach
