Description

You will own Care.com's organic search presence end-to-end, driving technical, content, and off-page SEO strategies while integrating AI-driven search optimization. Expect to be hands-on with audits, fixes, and cross-functional collaboration to grow traffic and conversions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of SEO experience with proven track record of growth.
• Direct experience with engineering/product teams in agile environment.
• Expert-level proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
• Comfortable with HTML, CSS, structured data, and analytics platforms.
• Bias for action, strong communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute the SEO roadmap across technical, content, and off-page.
• Define and drive AI-optimized search strategy for AI Overviews, ChatGPT, etc.
• Run technical audits, triage issues, and ship fixes with engineering.
• Own content from keyword brief to published page, building scalable frameworks.
• Be the SEO authority for cross-functional teams, building dashboards.
